Small business – do they really need to create a public image and advertising strategy? The answer is – yes, if you want to succeed more. 

 

Now that we use Internet resources on a daily basis, we all know what a website and social media platform looks like. Mostly we use them to find some information or communicate with others. But what impact do these information technologies have on small businesses? 

 

For starters to be recognizable every company needs to work on its public image. Start with little details that make it stand out from the crowd – for example, company name, logo, slogan. Then you can think of social media account and website to be more reachable. Customers will appreciate it if the information will be easily accessible and safe to use. It will also look more professional, and build more credibility.
